How long does shipping take?


  • USPS Ground Advantage 

    Delivers in 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Rates are based on weight and distance, and packages are insured for up to $100.

  • UPS Ground
    Delivers in 2-7 business days, and Saturday delivery is standard for most residential addresses. 


Do you offer international shipping?


  We currently do not ship internationally, but please reach out to us via Instagram or Facebook and we’ll do our best to help you.



Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, after you placed the order, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number. 



Can I pre-order products?  Yes, you can pre-order an item if we are offering a pre order option for that specific product, which means you can place an order for an item that is not yet available in stock and will be shipped to you once it becomes available. 



What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please reach out to us via e-mail, mobile number, Instagram or Facebook as soon as possible.


What happens if i put the wrong shipping address?

Sissy CC Fashionfinds delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. Sissy CC Fashionfinds is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. 


Who is responsible for return costs?

You will be responsible for the cost of returning them, unless the seller has agreed to cover the cost.
